At Infizzo, we take pride in delivering quality products, but if you need an exchange, we’re here to assist you. Please review our policy carefully before making a request.
Why We Don’t Allow Return and Refund
As a growing eCommerce brand, we currently do not support returns for refunds. This is to maintain hygiene standards and prevent misuse of the return process, such as wearing an item and returning it later. Additionally, handling returns increases operational costs, which could impact the affordability of our products for all customers.
Instead, we offer an easy exchange option so you can get the right product without any hassle!

Exchange Policy
- If you receive a wrong product or need a size exchange, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- We offer a one-time free exchange for size-related issues or incorrect items.
- If you wish to exchange for a higher-value product, the difference must be paid online before processing.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, with tags intact, and properly packed to qualify for an exchange.
Return & Refund Policy
- We do not offer returns for size issues, but you can opt for an exchange.
- Refunds are provided only in the case of a defective product or if the wrong item is delivered.
- To request a refund, email us with:
- Order details
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the defect
- If a return is accepted for reasons other than defects, ₹100 will be deducted to cover reverse logistics costs.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or a provided bank account.
Important Notes
- Slight variations in color or design due to screen display differences are not considered defects.
- Products that have been used, washed, or returned without original tags/packaging will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
- Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code are not eligible for a refund.
- We process only one exchange or return request per order.
Additional Guidelines
- If your package arrives damaged, please do not accept the delivery.
- To avoid size-related exchanges, we recommend referring to our size chart before placing an order.
